Headache: Put the cooled cushion on the face during 5 minutes. Repeat several times.

Backache: Put the heated cushion 3 times per day during 10 minutes on the pain zone.

Neck pain: To ease movement and relaxation, apply heated cushion up to 3 times per day during 10 minutes.

Distortions and contusions: Put the cooled cushion during 10 minutes on the wounded part of the body.

Stomach cramps: Put the heated cushion during 10 minutes on the belly. Repeat several times.
