The Ultrasonic Inhaler Promed INH-2.1 is suitable for targeted treatment of diseases of the upper or lower respiratory tract, such as asthma or colds.
The Promed INH-2.1 ensures efficient and low-noise drug nebulization by means of an innovative micro-membrane nebulizer (mesh technology) which produces the smallest droplets and a high respirable aerosol content. Thanks to the very high nebulization rate (0.32 ml/min), the inhalation period is reduced.

You can inhale using a mask or mouthpiece, and the Promed INH-2.1 is also suitable for the treatment of respiratory tract infections in children. The ultrasound inhaler is small and handy, making it ideal for when on the go.

The Pulse Oximeter PM 100 is a portable non-invasive device intended for spotchecking of oxygen saturation of arterial hemoglobin (SpO2) and pulse rate of adult and pediatric patients. It is not suitable for continuous monitoring.

The oxygen saturation (SpO2) of the blood is a term referring to the concentration of oxygen attached to human hemoglobin. The normal value lies between 90 and 96 % SpO2. A too low value may be an indication for existing diseases like e.g. cardiac defect, problems of the circulatory system, asthma or specific diseases of the lung. A too high value may be caused by a too fast and too deep breathing, what bears the danger of a too low blood carbon dioxide level.

This nebulizer is a mesh nebulizer for treating the upper and lower respiratory tract. The nebulisation and inhalation of medication prescribed or recommended by a doctor can prevent against diseases of the respiratory tract, treat the side effects of these disorders and accelerate healing. For more information on possible applications, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
The device is suitable for inhalation at home or on the move. Medicines should only be inhaled when instructed by a doctor. Inhalation should be performed in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Inhale slowly and deeply to enable the medicine to reach the small bronchi deep into the lungs. Exhale normally.

Because it is made out of plastic, the Promed digital thermometer is easy to clean. The whole device is smooth, which makes wiping down this thermometer a simple task for anyone. The on/off button is easy to find and easy to push, unlike many small thermometers. The grips on the side make holding this small device very easy, even when taking a child's temperature.

Usage of the Pulse Oximeter Medisana PM 100: Open the finger opening by pressing the left upper and lower parts of the device together. Place your finger as far as possible into the opening 3 on the right side of the device and release the upper and lower parts. Press the Start-button 2. The OLED-screen will switch on immediately. Keep your finger resp. your whole body still for the reading. After a short time, the values for the pulse frequency and the blood oxygen saturation appear on the OLED screen. By repeatedly pressing the Start-button 2 you may switch between 6 different display modes (showing the already explained values in different view modes). Remove your finger. The Pulse Oximeter will power off automatically after approx. 8 seconds.
