Application Helfe Spruce Sauna Oil
- To use in the sauna: Add the Helfe spruce sauna oil to a bucket with water (1 teaspoon to 5 liters of water) and then pour the infusion over the hot stones as usual. Never drop pure sauna oil directly onto the hot stones!
