  • Description Medisana Promed VHT-2000

    • Dumbbells are great for targeted muscle training: they sit well in the hand and are suitable for a variety of exercises. Promed has now developed the positive characteristics of a standard dumbbell and created the VHT2000 vibration and massage dumbbell: an incomparably practical training device. You can use it anytime and anywhere for an efficient body workout, as well as for a subsequent massage. The dumbbell is equipped with four control buttons and a digital LED display. In addition, eight exercises are visible directly on the dumbbell and 14 training examples in the manual. For the massage, you can choose from two intensity levels and use the 3-stage timer. To save up batteries, the dumbbell is provided with an automatic shut-off, which becomes active after 60 seconds.

      Effective training through vibration, also can be used for massage, with 8 exercises on the weight and 2 levels of intensity; can be used anywhere, anytime.

  • Application Medisana Promed VHT-2000

    • The electrical vibration dumbbell is easy to use and well suited for home use. With this dumbbell, you can build up long, slender muscles in a short time and with low weight. The training stimulates the fat burning and leads to a strong but not too muscular appearance. The dumbbell is battery operated and can thus be used without a wire. During training, you have to hold the dumbbell firmly in hand. It is best to repeat each exercise 15 times and to hold the final position for 10 seconds. The various training manuals relate for example to the training of the shoulder muscles, the biceps and the triceps. You can also specifically work the chest, torso and back muscles with the vibration and massage dumbbell. By holding the dumbbell between the legs, you can train the abdominal muscles while sitting. With additional exercises, you can train the abdominal or gluteal muscles while lying. Thus, you achieve with a single convenient device an efficient full body workout and can also benefit from the vibration massage, offered by the Promed VHT2000.
