  • Omron BF 214

    • For all those who want to watch their levels of fat or monitor the effects of a diet or a specific workout program, the Omron BF214 body composition monitor is a good help. The scale has a load capacity of up to 150 kg, and shows the body weight, body fat and muscle content. In addition, it informs about your actual BMI. The weight is displayed with an accuracy of 100 grams. The memory spots can be used by up to 4 people, and there is also a guest mode available. The Omron BF 214 offers a practical additional function: it displays the values of the last measurement.

      This is probably the simplest way of checking your body fat, body weight and BMI. It also gives you readings on skeletal muscle for a complete overview of your body composition and it will even remember your previous measurement. It makes everything so much easier!
