There are various reasons for the annoying and painful obliquity of the big toe: ligament and tendon weakness, wrong shoes, and excessive stress. With this GoForm hallux night bandage for the big toe, and a little bit of patience, you can help yourself easily, in fact, while sleeping.     • The time to put on the GoForm hallux night bandage is in the evening before bedtime. You can fit it securely with the adjustable strap at the bottom. In order to prevent the bandage from slipping off during the night, it is advisable to wear a sock over the bandage.

      You only need to follow three steps to fit the hallux night bandage:
      1 Place the toe bar on the toe, so that it sits between big toe and second toe. Move the leather strap to the center of the joint of the big toe.
      2 Plug the strap through the incision and correct the big toe position by pulling on the belt. Start with low tension. You may increase it over time to correct the obliquity even more.
      3 Pull the Velcro of the hallux valgus night bandage firmly and tighten it together.

      You will need to apply it regularly and have some patience in order to effectively correct the deformation that has developed over months or even years.
