  • Description SITBACK - MED

    • To keep the upper body in a good and healthy posture, appropriate support may be beneficial.       The SITBACK® - MED back support is designed to support your back while sitting in a correct posture. When sitting properly, the spine does not form a straight line, but should be slightly pushed forward in the area above the hips. Thus, the chest would take on a more straight position, which helps you to breathe deeply all the way down to the pelvis. At the same time, the shoulders will be slightly pulled back and downwards, which prevents tension and a distortion of this area.

However, you can use a simple tool like the back support SITBACK® - MED for achieving a correct sitting posture. The back support consists of a belt bag for the back and straps that are pulled over the knees. Put the belt on just above the waist and fix it with the straps around the waist. While sitting, pull the two knee straps over the knees. Doing so will pull the lower part of your back gently forward into the correct sitting position.
