Heat cushion with cherry stones:
This Heat Cushion with Cherry Stones was modeled after an old Swiss wives remedy. It is believed that the cherry pit can retain heat for an extended period of time, allowing you to use the cushion to target an area of the body with a specific ache or pain.

The pad is easy to heat, either in the microwave or after careful placement in your furnace or stove. The first time you use your cherry stone cushion you will notice a bit of moisture as it is released from the cherry pits. Unlike a hot water bottle, the cherry stones will not cool quickly, giving you ample time to relax. The cushion can also be placed in the freezer for use when cold therapy is more appropriate than heat.

Heat Cushion with Cherry Stones:
At the first use, the cushion becomes hot and humid because of residual moisture in the cherry pits. As opposite to hot-water bottle, the cushion does not cool quickly and does not empty itself. If you need a cooling compress with adaptable shape, put the cushion at the cherry pits in the freezer or the refrigerator. It is also appropriate for massage of fingers or feet to restore mobility.

The dry cherry pit are heated, keep this heat and target specific parts of the body. To heat the cushion, put it in the microwave during approximately 1 minute or in the furnace or the stove for a temperature maximum of 120°C. It is wash washable until 60°C (washing carefully).

• Headache: Put the cooled cushion on the face during 5 minutes. Repeat several times.
• Backache: Put the heated cushion 3 times per day during 10 minutes on the pain zone.
• Neck pain: To ease movement and relaxation, apply heated cushion up to 3 times per day during 10 minutes.
• Distortions and contusions: Put the cooled cushion during 10 minutes on the wounded part of the body.
• Stomach cramps: Put the heated cushion during 10 minutes on the belly. Repeat several times.
