The Omron Walking Style 4 offers several ways to track your walking and running activities.

First, the Walking Style 4 measures the steps you are making with a high-precision 3D sensor. In addition, it is able to automatically detect rapid (aerobic) steps and report them separately. The device starts to consider your steps as aerobic, once you walk more than 60 steps / minute for a period of at least 10 minutes.

In addition, you can use the feature 'Event Mode' to measure self-defined activities separately, such as a walking round, for example. The Omron Walking Style 4 is able to store and display the values of the last 7 days.
