Effective Pain Therapy from Swiss Medical Products
Swiss Medical Products have a long history of producing equipment and products that are of high quality and that are reliable. With the continuing push to develop alternatives to drug therapy for pain management the TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) technology has come to the fore as an effective method of temporarily reducing pain that is caused by a wide range of different ailments and injuries.

TENS machines have been used in medical clinics for some time, but it is impractical to go to see a doctor or physical therapist every time you need some pain relief. Therefore Swiss Medical Products have created a small handheld TENS machine that is suitable for use at home that is called Dr. Ho's Pain Therapy. This machine allows you to use electrodes to target areas of pain by using a small current to stimulate the nerve endings in the area where pain is being experienced. There are two different sizes of pad that are included with the TENS machine so you can target very small areas, but there are also large pads that will provide relief over a much larger area.

The battery operated handheld control allows you to choose from several different modes that will alter the current and the time of each pulse so that you are able to get the maximum effect possible, but also so that you can tailor the setting appropriately to cover different areas and different levels of pain.

The small size and low weight of the system means that it is a practical option to carry around with you, rather than having to rely on drug painkillers. It will easily fit in even a small handbag or a coat pocket.
