Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase, excluding items that cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons (e.g., personal care products, opened cosmetics, etc).

Please note:

1. We only accept unused products in their original packaging with all accessories included.
2. The original packaging must not be damaged.
3. Please ensure that you enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice so that we can easily match your return to the original order.
4. We do not cover return shipping costs.
5. Hygiene articles and similar items cannot be returned.
