      By switching on, the heat treatment, the shiatsu massage and the air pressure massage are activated automatically at their respective lowest intensity. The heat can also be switched off. The air pressure massage can be switched set to low and high intensity during operation.

      Generally, you can spend about 10 to 15 minutes enjoying a massage once or twice a day. However, the foot massager should be allowed to completely cool down after each use.
