This particular cushion measures 21cm x 32cm, perfect for treating larger yet still targeted areas of the body. The raisin seeds inside the cushion are very small but retain heat for a lengthy period of time, making this cushion incredibly comfortable while at the same time soothing.

You don't need to reserve your raisin seed cushion for heat therapy, either. It can also be used to provide cold therapy for headaches, bumps, and bruises. You'll find it to be an incredibly versatile addition to your collection of home remedies!

To heat the cushion, put it in the microwave during approximately 1 minute or in the furnace or the stove for a temperature maximum of 120°C. It is wash washable until 60°C (washing carefully).

At the first use, the cushion becomes hot and humid because of residual moisture in the cherry pits. As opposite to hot-water bottle, the cushion does not cool quickly and does not empty itself. If you need a cooling compress with adaptable shape, put the cushion at the cherry pits in the freezer or the refrigerator. It is also appropriate for massage of fingers or feet to restore mobility.
